The product is phenomenal I've been using it for years. Shipping could be improved though, one of the caps came loose so a small amount of product had come out. Nothing to dampen the box, but the bottles were wet. Other sites have put tape on the bottle up and over the spray cap to keep the nozzle from twisting during shipping.
